Walk Out na Naman

Tuesday, January 17th, 2006

Nakakaasar kasi e…

Example: Mag walk out ang isang tao

Walking out, i think, is one way to escape confrontation…I dont have any problem with confrontations lalung-lalo na kung alam kong may nasagasaan akong tao.

Alam mo kung sino ka…

What angered me most was that…YOU DID IT TO ME TWICE!

Once is okay and permissible but doing it again (for the second time!) is not tolerable and not so okay, at least in my case.

I just have to let this thing out.

I understand na marami kang ginagawa at iniisip…

What Im saying is…BREATHE!

AND DONT YOU DO THAT TO ME AGAIN…WALKING OUT…LEAVING ME HANGING…

Im telling you, hindi maganda ang pakiramdam…

Anong tawag sa lalaking counterpart ng saleslady?

Sunday, January 15th, 2006

I and my brother, Gian, were trying to fish some shoes few hours ago at SM Makati.

My brother had to replace his rubber shoes…

Me? I had to buy a pair of gold-colored sexy formal shoes for a wedding this coming January 22, Sunday. (Im not inviting you, silly…)

So my brother got his new pair of Fila that suited him well (I love the pair and of course, as usual, he asked for my opinion, that’s why) with free slippers…which he gave to me after a while coz they were too small for him and just right for me.

As for me, I and Mama rounded the ladie’s shoes area thrice before we finally settled for this one pair–simple yet elegant AND sexy. (Yep, I really need to mention sexy because…nothing…I just wanted to add sexy, is there any problem with that?)

I was surprised to know that a guy, not a saleslady, would assist me. I was kind of hesitant at first but what can I do?

So, feeling awkward, I untied my rubber shoes while the "salesguy" knelt down in front of me and held the shoes/sandals.

I uttered a remark about the heels–they were too high for my standard. Surprisingly, the guy commented that they were not that high. Ooookaaay…

I walked around to test it. Well, he was right, not too hard for me to handle.

My mom left me for a minute. While tying the laces of my rubber shoes, the guy suddenly asked me:

"Saan mo ba gagamitin ‘to?"

Asta: "Sa wedding."

Silence (about 5 seconds)

The guy looked at me and said:

"Ikakasal ka na?"

Asta (napa-smile): "Hindi pa. Matagal pa yun."

Honestly…that question flattered me, I did not and still do not know why.

Hmmm…Kelan kaya yun?

Lord? Kelan kaya? Hehehe…Take your time Bossing.

Make him the person You want him to be.

My God’s Best.

When "that" time comes, despite the imperfections (because he’s still human not God), I will look at him perfectly…a Beautiful Promise from God.

Why do i love black and white?

Bakit nga ba?

Tanong ko rin sa sarili ko…

I enjoy charcoal painting

Black and white photos never fail to fascinate me

The contrast of the moon and the dark sky…

There is more beyond the black and white

More to say

More to see

More to feel

More to know

More to appreciate

More to love

Black and white (and gray) colors trigger my imagination; they awaken my creative senses…and more…more…

I realized that black and white images save me from being boxed in.

let me think beyond what I see…

I am free to be me…
